People say

I have known Anouk now for about two years and I have had the pleasure of being trained by her on several occasions in Leadership Embodiment. What strikes me about Anouk is her presence. There is a lightness in her approach and yet at the same time, what she brings is profound. Anouk is a very skilled facilitator of human growth, as she weaves all the practices during the training into one meaningful whole. Sense of humor, clarity, warmth and deep knowledge are words that come to mind. I would recommend Anouk as a trainer to anybody who is committed to embodying a more compassionate yet focused presence at the same time.

Anouk is a bright spirit and she teaches with warmth and clarity. Her keen perception and sense of curiosity is an invitation to explore embodiment as a path to self discovery, wisdom and compassion.
